Unlock the Future of Fintech with A2FINTECS

The A2FINTECS project, part of the Erasmus+ KA220-VET Cooperation Partnerships, is working to enhance the use of financial technology (fintech) among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and vocational education and training (VET) providers in Europe. Started in December 2024, this 24-month project is led by the Universidad de Burgos and involves partners from Spain, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, and Malta. The fourth newsletter, published on May 16, 2025, details the project’s recent activities and next steps.

Purpose and Relevance

The project seeks to equip SMEs and VET providers with the necessary skills and resources to adopt fintech effectively. It is developing a competency framework, implementation methods tailored to specific sectors, and a digital learning platform. These efforts support the EU’s goals of digital transformation and improved vocational training, as set out in the Erasmus+ programme.
